Hey, I am a moderator on another site. A site that I cannot go advertising in another as it is a rule. Yes I know that this is different. Still being a moderator, yet here I am a new member.
however, I have been role-playing for a while now, about four years rounding up. And I enjoy doing it.
Now first question people ask is my username. spirits breath.
Only once did I have a character with that name. Was a person who rose up bound spirits, and had an ability to use magic in the lightning form.He was a collector of coins, and various eggs of creatures such as dragons and a few birds. He was going blind. the name itself came from an MMO, where the character was a ritualist. Which raised bound spirits, channeled lightning, and had a sash over their eyes to make them blind. the breath part came since I needed a last name for him, and it worked together. The name belongs soley to me and never fails when I join anything.
My inspiration for Dinotopia came rather recently. I am no expert I will tell you al this now. I am about fifty pages into the book sky dance. And just saw the movie today. So a pur of the moment thing for me.
I found this forum as I was searching for both a list of dinosaurs, and ideas for a Dinotopian rp in my site. but once here, I couldn't resist joining. Course it is a new game here, but that is the fun of it. be with people i am not familiar with at all, and still have the new guy mistake safeguard on me. Meaning if i mess up, I have something to reply back in defence.
Anywaysm I am a rather easy going person, and I wouldn't mind a bit of suggestions on where I should go first here. I have a character made. Unfortunatly, my own creation with hryssar wouldn't work. In short, a feathered raptor with flaps for gliding short distances. then has roughly no flesh on his left leg due to an accident. Oh and that he is a her, but her is also a he. (hope you know what I am saying) however, the language I used can work. when I manage to do something stupid to get him bashed in the skull.
Lastly, I am a DnD player. But not the steriotypical up all night in basement and costumes on type. More the do it just for what the heck kind. Meaning I will know precisly what you are talking about if you bring it up or have concerns. But that is how I am.
Once again, this feels odd since I cannot say what I normally would to these.
