Hello. I guess you'd call me a newbie (okay, 'dolphinback !), even though I'm probably older than many of the other member's parents. I'm an avid strategy gamer, and was one of the first D&D players.
I fell in love with dinosaurs as a kid (the first book I checked out from a library was a child's book on paleontology and dinosaurs, at the age of four). And so, it's to be expected that Dinotopia would attract me.
When the miniseries was aired, I watched, recorded and absorbed it totally. Later, I found the books, and read and reread those wonderful tales (to be honest, I'm also a fan of Redwall, the Tolkein series, and Chronicles of Narnia series. But, Dinotopia has the dinosaurs !!!). I dont get on my computer much. But, I'd like to enjoy this site with everyone else. From an admitted 'dino-junkie', "Breathe deep ! Seek peace !
