I've been roleplaying for a while now, but Dinotopia was a big part of my childhood. Recently in a discussion with a friend, we brought up a story idea about intelligent raptors, and I recommended Dinotopia to her. Then I remembered for the longest time, I had forgotten about the books. I couldn't believe I had, for the ideas are quite enchanting, and the artwork stunning, and so I picked up one of the books and started reading again.
Thus, I wound up here, with hopes of rekindling my love of the books. -laughs- Anywho, enough of my rambling. -takes a bow- I go by Krepta, or Susan if you like, but that's another long and potentially boring story. -tilts head- I do hope to become an active member here, once I've figured a few things out and refreshed my memory, as it's been such a long time since I visited the world of Dinotopia.
While I'm here, though it may take some time for me to get myself situated, I'm happy to offer my help in what ever way it may be needed. I run a site myself, which has been going for some time now, and is quite successful, and I'm an knowledgeable in HTML, and some CSS. I can draw quite well, but lucky for Dinotopia, I can only manage reptiles these days. -chuckles- However, I don't sing, and I don't dance, so you'll have to go elsewhere for that. -wink-
I do have a fairly relevant question, before I even consider making a character, however... You see, I'm not used to the aspect of planned roleplaying. All of my roleplays have always been impulsive and spontaneous, so if someone would be so kind as to explain what I need to do in order to start and or plan a roleplay here, I would be forever grateful.
