*Hugo is a rather gruff individual, but such demeanor is needed if you are to run the entire Brach bus service. He handles dispatching the busses to the other towns and outposts from the main terminal at Waterfall City. His concerns are for the people he services, his employees and the Brachs themselves; all of who are vital to his way of life and profession. Whenever something happens to disturb this, he becomes extremely irked!
