New character creation page in "Washed Up"

I have been wanting to do this for a long time now, and I finally found the right code.

What this does is when you click on "New Thread" in the "Washed Up" forum, instead of taking you to the regular new topic page, it brings you to the "Create a character" page.

This page has 9 fields that you type your character's name into.
Name
Species
Gender
Age
Location
Personallity
Effects
How you ended up on the island
Earth, Air, Water, or Sky.

This will replace the template that Patrick made so you no longer have to copy and paste it into a new thread.
When you finish, all of the information will be displayed in a normal post.

Note about the species selction.
The species field is a drop down menu where you can select what species of dinosaur you are, or if you are human.
I promise that I will have more species to choose from soon.
I only had time to add a few last night, but I'm going to add all dinosaurs from "Barry's Dinosaur Information"



I am also going to edit this code and add it to the Misc RP character information forum.

In the Misc RP character information forum can you still create any kinda of character you want? Like Dragons, Fairies, etc.

Yeah, you can still be anything there.
I'm going to set it to have a box where you type the species in instead of a drop down menu.
