Seaweed Pancakes:
Ingredients:: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, stirred or sifted before measuring !/2 cup seaweed (sargassos preferred.) 2 1/2 teasthingys baking powder 1/2 teasthingy salt 1 oz. albumen, slightly beaten 1 1/2 cups mammal milk 2 tablesthingys cooking oil Preparation:: Sift together flour, baking powder, seaweed and salt. In a separate bowl, combine albumen and milk; add to flour mixture, stirring only until smooth. Blend in cooking oil. Cook on a hot, greased griddle, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Top with honey or other favorite topping. Makes about 8 pancakes. Expand recepie as needed.
