Chenopodium Thuka

One of a variety of grains grown on Dinotopia, a variant of Quinoa. The tiny seeds are dried and steamed into a nutty flavored mash, or ground into flour. It was exported from the Aztecs in 1582 when one of their vessels crashed on Dinotopia, and preserved in the wreck by storage in coconut shells. The plant itself looks nothing like any common grain grasses; more like a "Trilobar plant".
