Pine seed jelly:
6 oz. pine seeds, washed and ground to paste. 1 oz. pine resin, sweetened. 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. honey 1 oz alnumen 3 oz. cranberrys or other berries, ground to paste cooking oil as needed for consistency.
preparation: Add pine seed paste to resin with albumen in bowl. In seperate bowl mix honey, berries and salt. Boil water in large pan. mix contents of both bowls into smaller pan that will fit into larger pan and poach mixture, stirring in oil as needed, until thin. Let cool and use as sauce for many recepies and toppings. makes 12 oz..
