* A seasoned Skybax rider, he worked his way through the ranks to become the leader of all Skybax riders. His training skills were tested when he had to train the meek and reluctant David Scott through basic training. He was one of the worst cadets he had ever saw! Through determination on David's part and Oonoo's firm techniques, he had turned david into one of the best Skybax riders in recent times. (It is believed he was killed in the Pteranodon uprising leading up to the end of the movie.)
